Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the item(s). If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us before sending back any items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund appears.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Most sale items are eligible for refunds. However, mega sale items (over 40% off) are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the above address.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If your return is valued over HK$100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
