Umara U Gel 1:0.8

Is a liquid gel of 50ml with a carbohydrate composition between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose of 1:0.8. Each gel provides 30g carbohydrates + electrolytes. Recommended dosage is 2-3 gels per hour, which provides 60-90g carbohydrates per hour. This of course does not apply to our 300ml raspberry refill gel, which contains 6 doses/gel.

The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

The U Gel Raspberry 300ml package contains 6 doses. It is perfect to use as a refill and pour into bottles/softbottles, alternatively have as "One gel to rule them all" stuffed in your wetsuit, one bike pocket on your back or in your running rucksack during long runs.

Instructions for use:
During prolonged physical activity, drink regularly from this gel. The gel can also be used as a refill for e.g. softbottles or smaller gel packages with screw caps.

Storage:
The product is stored dry and cool. Opened packaging is consumed within 14 days (30 days when stored in a refrigerator, max + 8℃). Keep out of the reach of small children.
