Our gluten-free U Bar is an energy bar based on gluten-free oatmeal that provides a full 30g of carbohydrates. The bar is what we would say, an optibar with its 1:0.8 composition between glucose and fructose and thus as kind to the stomach as possible for a bar. It is naturally flavored with blueberries, which then also gave the dough and then the bar a slightly blue/purple color.

It is very soft in texture and ideal for you as an athlete as it stays soft and easy to chew even in colder weather. You also avoid chocolate/yoghurt blankets that melt and smudge during hot summer days. To make the bar easier to handle, we include a thin layer of whole gluten-free oatmeal on the outside of the bar. It partly makes it look a little tastier, but it also does a lot for the texture, we're sure you'll love it ;)
