U Recover Bar contains 30% (15g) of complete protein from whey and pea, as well as 16g of carbohydrates that help replenish glycogen stores after your workout. If you choose the Chocolate Crisp flavor, it also contains 15% (7.5g) of dark chocolate, which is rich in flavanols and polyphenols. The Raspberry/Blueberry flavor is covered in white chocolate. Regardless of your choice, you'll get an awesome chocolate taste.

General nerd info:
The whey protein in U Recover Bar is already complete on its own, and pea protein is not necessarily "needed." However, we have chosen to supplement with pea protein to reduce the carbon footprint. Pea protein has a carbon dioxide cost of only 3.7% compared to whey protein and would have been the preferred protein source, but it is not complete on its own.
We have made a balance between optimal amino acid profile, taste, price, and climate impact and found, in our opinion, a golden middle ground where the protein is complete, the bar is really tasty, and at the same time, we have significantly reduced the carbon footprint compared to a bar with 100% milk/whey protein.
